About us

LOOM Brand Designs is a branding and marketing agency working with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. We build brands, websites, marketing campaigns, e-commerce stores and custom software tools for our clients.

We run an AI-first workflow. Most of our daily work gets done through Claude, connected to our Google Drive, client platforms and in-house tools through MCP servers and custom skills. People direct the AI, check what it produces, and handle the parts that still need a human.

About the role

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how a modern agency runs on AI. You will take client requests from start to finish using Claude and our toolset. That covers website and store changes, advertising, analytics, social media, content, research and updates to the software we build for clients.

You will not be starting from scratch. You will work inside a system that already exists, with documented client knowledge bases, ready-made skills and connected tools. Your job is to use that system well, check every output before it reaches a client, and do the manual steps the AI can't.

We pay a training rate during probation because the first three months are mostly learning. After that, pay reflects what you deliver. Strong performers move quickly into the upper end of the range.

Training is provided

You don't need to know every tool on this page to apply. During probation we train you on our AI workflow, our client processes and every part of the tech stack you'll use. You'll work on real client tasks from the start, with guidance and reviews along the way. We care more about how fast and how willingly you learn than about what you already know.

What you will do

Websites and e-commerce

• Make changes to client WordPress websites: content updates, page edits, plugins, forms and basic troubleshooting
• Manage products, collections, orders and store settings on Shopify and WooCommerce
• Maintain product feeds and fix product issues in Google Merchant Center
• Update and maintain Google Sheets for clients, including formulas, data cleanup and simple automations

Advertising, analytics and tracking

• Help manage client Google Ads accounts: campaign checks, keyword and search term reviews, budget monitoring and performance reports
• Pull and interpret data from Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity
• Set up and check tracking with Google Tag Manager, including conversion events and the Meta Pixel
• Spot tracking gaps and data problems before they reach a client report

Content, SEO and social media

• Write and publish SEO blog articles with AI tools, then edit them so they read naturally and suit the client's brand voice
• Run backlink campaigns: find prospects, send outreach, track results
• Plan, create, schedule and report on social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and Reddit
• Manage Google Business Profile listings: posts, photos, review replies and listing updates
• Carry out market, competitor and keyword research and turn the findings into clear reports

Software and tools

• Maintain and extend tools we have built for clients on Firebase, Google Cloud and Azure
• Contribute to our SaaS products: bug fixes, small features, testing and deployment
• Use Claude Code, MCP servers and skills to work faster, and help improve those skills over time

Quality and communication

• Read each client's knowledge base before starting work and keep it updated when things change
• Review AI output carefully before it goes live. Check facts, links, numbers and formatting.
• Communicate clearly in written English with the team and, over time, directly with clients
• Keep task status updated in Slack and join team calls on Zoom and Google Meet

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code or other AI tools, beyond casual chat use
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce
• Some coding experience in PHP, TypeScript or Node.js
• Experience with Firebase, Google Cloud or Azure
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics or Tag Manager (a Google Ads or GA4 certification is a bonus)
• Experience running social media accounts for a brand or business
• Basic knowledge of SEO or content writing
• A portfolio, GitHub profile or examples of past work

Pay

LKR 30,000 per month during the 3-month probation. After probation, LKR 150,000 to 300,000+ per month, based on performance.

Your post-probation salary is set by your probation review. The review looks at the quality of your work, how independently you handle client tasks, and how many areas of the stack you can cover.

How hiring works

Five steps, over about four weeks:

1. Apply here with your CV and answers to a few short questions.
2. Short online assessment about how you like to work.
3. Practical task. A take-home exercise based on real agency work. You may use AI, and we would rather you did. Plan for about three hours.
4. First interview on Zoom, about you, how you learn, and your practical task.
5. Final interview with a short live task using Claude, then an offer.
